Ingredients

๐ง 1 tsp garlic powder
๐ง 1 tsp Italian seasoning
๐ง 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
๐ง 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
๐ง 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
๐ฟ 1/2 cup cooked spinach (chopped)
๐ฏ 1/4 cup hot honey
๐ถ๏ธ 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts.
- Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
2- Make the Filling
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, provolone, spinach, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
3- Stuff the Chicken
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Fill each pocket with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
4- Sear the Chicken
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the stuffed chicken on both sides for 2 minutes until golden.
5- Bake the Chicken
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Bake at 365ยฐF for 25 minutes, until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165ยฐF).
6- Glaze and Serve
- Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle paprika over the top.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.
